Bernard Williams came in on his off day when I picked up my car. If all of your sales people were like Bernard, you would have an empty lot every day. I know that Chris was only doing his job but he gave me a hard time on the finance rate that I so greatly deserved. :) More

This was my first visit to Rusty Wallis Honda. I was a first-time Honda buyer. Murphy was very friendly and informative. I really enjoyed working with him. I also met Mike Anderson (Sales Manager) who was very friendly. Both made it very clear that they were there to help me find the right car. Murphy also introdueced me to Julio Reyes in the Service Department. Amir Hamghalan in the Finance Department was also great to work with. He explained the contract and discussed other optional packages. He suggested the ones he thought would be most beneficial to me and answered all of my questions. It was totally great experience, and I'm glad I stopped there first when I started looking for my first Honda! More

We sent an email to Ilia telling him what we were looking for and he had cars lined up for us when we arrived. He never tried to push us to consider something outside of our requested vehicles or price range. Last Friday, I went to Rusty Wallis, told them specifically what I wanted in a new car and Chris Irwin (the new car salesman)helped me choose the right car for me. He didn't try to sell me more than I wanted, nor did he try to pressure me into deciding on something other than what I already knew I wanted. I drove my new car off the lot that afternoon without any game-playing, haggling back and forth, etc. (This is the second Honda I've bought from this dealership, previously under the Jim Allee name.) Purchasing a new car is not something I look forward to, but when it is necessary, dealing with a salesman like Chris Irwin makes it a lot less painful. My thanks to him! More
