We live in Allen, TX, which is located 5 minutes away from McDavid Honda. Due to the poor service we have received at McDavid, we continue to buy vehicles at Rusty Wallis, which is 30-40 minutes away f from McDavid Honda. Due to the poor service we have received at McDavid, we continue to buy vehicles at Rusty Wallis, which is 30-40 minutes away from our home. That says A LOT considering we have 5 kids and two full-time jobs. The service we receive at Rusty Wallis is impeccable, they truly demonstrate the definition of excellence in customer service. This is our third vehicle purchase and we will continue to buy at Rusty Wallis! Rusty Wallis representatives value our business and respect our time. Thank you! More

We just purchased a new civic from rusty Wallis Honda and I must say I was very impressed with the way it worked out. We were originally going to finance at 8% but the banks turned us down. Tommy and the fin I must say I was very impressed with the way it worked out. We were originally going to finance at 8% but the banks turned us down. Tommy and the finance manager worked for 2 days with the banks and they got us an amazingly lower rate and a shorter term. I had heard bad feedback from others who had been here before, but I didn't experience any poor service in any way. The employees were very friendly and helpful and courteous. Would definitely recommend anyone to check them out. Thank you Tommy! More
I had a great experience with this dealership! I emailed around looking for the best quote and Rusty Wallis came back with the lowest offer around. Rusty Wallis Honda strikes again. They competed for my business and won me over. It's a great, no pressure atmosphere. I would continue to recommend them, but they didn't want to switch my stock wheels fo business and won me over. It's a great, no pressure atmosphere. Jim Beeson at Rusty Wallis made my buying experience quite painless and hassle free. He located the CR-V that I wanted and had it ready for me to pick up when I got to the dealership. Good selection and location is reason we chose this dealership. Our experience with our salesman was great as he was very friendly, professional and most importantly no preasure. His good neighbor pers dealership. Our experience with our salesman was great as he was very friendly, professional and most importantly no preasure. His good neighbor personality was extremely helpful during the entire process and it was genuine and not faked like other sales people I have dealt with elsewhere over the years. I inquired the pricing from both internet and by phone. They played tag team to provided me the vehicle I wanted and the price I was asking. Paul, Tom and Ronnie were not pushy but rather helped me. This is the first time in 15 years that we have purchased a new vehicle instead of a used one. I did my homework and after a month of research, we had it narrowed down to 2 vehicles. Rusty Wallis was the 4th a new vehicle instead of a used one. I did my homework and after a month of research, we had it narrowed down to 2 vehicles. Rusty Wallis was the 4th dealership we visited. Paul Hahn was, by far, the most knowledgable salesperson we had encountered. The ONLY unpleasantry was when Paul Hahn's "boss" came out (another Paul) to inform me about my trade-in. (The papers had already been signed, loan approved and I had taken possession of the new car the day before.) They had agreed to pay $4000 (based on a point scale) of the trade-in. He stated that now that he had actually seen the car it was only worth $3500. (According to KBB LOW trade-in was $5360.) I said I would be happy to bring the new car back, he said he didn't want to make any waves, so he would leave it alone. So ... what was the purpose? To undermine the customer or make them feel bad over $500 when I had just purchased a new car for $29000? More
