I rated my experience as "5" all the way through because I had just that...a great experience. The person who sold me my car, Kenneth Boyd, is a quality, reputable man whom I trust. Because I had worked with Kenneth in the past teaching school, I knew what type of person he was. In fact, when I drove up to the dealership to look at cars, I was excited to see that he was there. I knew I was going to get the attention and time that I needed because he is a very personable and genuine man. Rusty Wallis is lucky to have such a salesperson! As far as the dealership....this is my second car that I have leased or purchased with Rusty Wallis. Both times, my experiences have been great. All of the employees whether it was through sales or service have always been very accommodating and gracious whenever I needed assistance. I would recommend this dealership to others as well as return myself for future car purchases! More

Shopped for price on the internet. Took the risk and drove from Houston to Dallas to pick up the car. It was worth the drive. These guys worked hard to make it all work for me and did a great job. I can't say enough good things about the great experience I had buying my new honda civic at Rusty Wallis. As far as I'm concerned they are the best in Texas. The customer service was excellent. I went in with the expectation this would probably be another night I would go home without a new car... My Dad and I had already been to 2 other dealerships and to be quiet honest it was a nightmare. The thing I like about Rusty Wallis dealership is they have employees that have many years of experience which makes a huge difference in the type of service you get. I went in thinking that I would finance thru my personal bank but boy was I surprised. The finance person was able to get me a low rate, payment I could afford, and an extra warrenty on my honda for 7 years. This is besides the power train warranty. The mananger was very understanding and really worked hard to give me several options to choose from. The hour and a half drive was worth every penny. As I walked into the dealership Brandon was there to greet me with a handshake and a HUGE smile.
