I live in Texarkana, TX and had gone to Dallas, TX for a Doctor's appointment. My husband asked if I wanted to look at a new Honda Accord. My Honda Pilot is a 2007 and I said sure. We saw the Honda sign Doctor's appointment. My husband asked if I wanted to look at a new Honda Accord. My Honda Pilot is a 2007 and I said sure. We saw the Honda sign off 635 and took the exit. Stewart Cloer was the first person to greet us. We told him we were just looking. He asked what we had in mind and we told him the Honda Accord. He brought up a silver color Accord and I loved it. We took a test drive and Stewart explained all about the new assessories it had. Stewart brought over the Salaes Manager Bryan Mullican and together we agreed on a trade, the trade was fair and needless to say we bought the 13 Honda Accord. Syed Abidi the Business Manager helped us through the paper work explaining all the details. I think all three men did a great job and I would recommend this dealership to my friends. More

Dropped my car off for service. It was making an abnormal noise from the clutch. They did not fix the problem and in fact there was an additional new noise that they totally blew off. When I picked up the car it was dirty on the interior and exterior, it smelled of grease, and the carpet was stained. There was a 3/4 tank of gas when I dropped it off and when I picked it up it was down to 1/4 of gas with almost 100 miles added to it. Hope they enjoyed joy riding in my car instead of fixing it. Thanks for leaving it worse than when I dropped it off. You guys suck. More

Mr. Hargis did a walk through on the vehicle I wanted with me and he knew everything about the vehichle, VW CC Luxury Sedan. From him educating me on the car, I was sold even more.
