I had to go for all 5's because this had to be the best new car buying experience I have every been through. I had checked out the Rusty Wallis's website for getting the cost for the CR-V I was interested new car buying experience I have every been through. I had checked out the Rusty Wallis's website for getting the cost for the CR-V I was interested in and had an almost immediate response from Eric Lucy to the inventory available to me and the cost. The day I went to the dealer I looked in the CR-V lot and found the vehicles available at the price I was looking at. Then when I had noticed the one I liked, I entered the dealership and was greeted by Tommy Norman asking if he could help. Told Tommy that I was looking for Eric Lucy and was informed that it was his day off. I told him that I had been looking on the internet and my discussion with Eric and Tommy offered to assist. We walked out to the lot and he showed me all the vehicles that were in the price category that I was interested in and I told him that I had one that was really appealing to me. So we took it for a test drive and he explained all the items on the vehicle and available on this particular model. We then sat down talked a little, arranged for my trade in to be evaluated and then came up with an agreeable price.
