Courteous, Professional Service I took my CRV in for an oil-change. My service adviser, Anthony let me know that my car was due for a 60,000 mile service. Bad service I was not happy with my recent visit to Rusty Wallis Honda service department on January 29, 2019. I was told by a service advisor to replace the batt I was not happy with my recent visit to Rusty Wallis Honda service department on January 29, 2019. I was told by a service advisor to replace the battery because it was bad. How can it be bad when the battery was replaced at Rusty Wallis Honda on June 05, 2018? Did the service department put in a used battery instead of a new one last year? A new battery should not be bad after eight months! Nobody at the dealership would respond to my complaint even though I have been a loyal customer since 2010. More
