Steve Hartwig and others know how to take care of business and on not only a professional level but a personal level. You always get straight talk about your vehicle and I believe they treat you right because they believe in relationships and repeat business. No one is returning to any one's a service department if they feel they have been deceived. You never have to worry about that at Rusty Wallis. They treat you like family and only recommend the services that your Honda service manual recommends to keep your vehicle in top shape for the road. We have 2 Honda's in our family and they are only serviced at Rusty Wallis. I trust these guys and recommend them to all my friends. More

Oil change and tire rotation These guys are great! I drive in at 6:00pm and had my oil changed and tires rotated in an hour for an awesome price! We purchased our last two vehic These guys are great! Service- Gas tank leak Jeff Peterson was my service advisor and took care of my care to ask me questions about the problems I was having with my 02 Civic , he called me late Jeff Peterson was my service advisor and took care of my care to ask me questions about the problems I was having with my 02 Civic , he called me later on and explained the problem I was having with my car. He wet over the details and options I had with my car and how the problem an be fixed. I was not willing to spend a lot of money however, ended being satisfied with the job done by Rusty Wallis Service team and the professional way Jeff Peterson handled service call. Jeff, is an excellent service provider and I always make it a point to ask for him. More

Timingbelt replaced, gasket leaked. Splashgaurd replaced, didn't replace retainers. Now they stopped sending me coupons because they don't want customers that check their work. Thank you Rusty Wallis! I bought my new Honda in April, which was a great experience...but then was in an accident in October....so I took my car into the Collision Center to be repaired. Brian Glenn went which was a great experience...but then was in an accident in October....so I took my car into the Collision Center to be repaired. Brian Glenn went above and beyond for making my experience painless. He reassured me that the Collision Center would repair my car and it would not be any kind of a hassle. He worked closely with my insurance and made me feel like a priority. Brian, Maria and Dan all stayed in contact with me during the process....they even checked on me after I received my car back. How fantastic is that?! I can't say enough positive things about Rusty Wallis and a huge THANK YOU!!! More
