Jeff Peterson and Steve Hartwig have been my service guys for years. Both are professional and knowledgeable and I receive the best maintenance possible for my vehicles. Both have customer service skills that are exemplary! Truly these two guys are a real asset to Rusty's dealership. They've earned the "title" that customers like most of all, that of friend, "customers trust then" and know that they are getting the best service possible. Trust is a powerful thing in the service industry, if one can't obtain it they are soon out of business. So these guys are key to a winning service business! Ask for these guys judge for yourself! JEFF IS THE BEST! I have been with Rusty Wallis through two Honda's and over 14 years. Jeff Peterson is my service adviser and has been for years.
