Visit to service department Wanted to get the oil changed. Lisha luckily noticed the battery was going bad. Unfortunately, it was about 2 months out of warranty. Anyway, with Lisha's help, I was able to purchase a new battery at a pro-rated charge. Now in that area, I have peace of mind. Lisa was helpful, friendly, and professional. Thank you for such an excellent service professional. Also a technican helped us connect the windshield washer water line. He was fabulous as well. I'm hoping Lisha can furnish his name. Jeff Peterson has always been my go-to service professional and has provided constant EXTRAORDINARY, caring and helpful service but I understand they are splitting the services.
