Tevin, the service tech was professional and kind in spite of my frustration with the problem. I have been waiting for a recall part for over 9 months. When I was notified about the issue it stated the spite of my frustration with the problem. I have been waiting for a recall part for over 9 months. When I was notified about the issue it stated the car can stall possibly causing me to be at risk. I felt hostage to this problem as I did not want to drive far from home or travel for fear of car breaking down. I have lost money renting a car to go out of town because I did not feel safe driving my Honda Accord. Even thou it’s a great car and I love it I did not feel comfortable. I called several times to different dealerships as recommended but all said they did not have the part ( unless car breaks down then they would fix it). That is ridiculous. None the less, I kept getting sent to different people when I complained. Finally out of anger, when I was referred to Tevin he listened then put me on hold. He said he had the part and set up an appointment for the next day and it was fixed. I now have peace of mind and really appreciate his kindness in being nice and professional. I hope this is noticed and he gets a great evaluation of his work and ethics. And a raise!! More
