I felt my service advisor was very condescending and disregarded my concerns. She was more concerned with about validating herself then understanding how a customer may feel about have major work done o disregarded my concerns. She was more concerned with about validating herself then understanding how a customer may feel about have major work done on brand new (2024) auto. Also, my second problem with this car (2024 model) was totally disregarded because they could not get it to "duplicate". I think this person needs more training in communication, especially in dealing with women. More
