I was extremely pleased with the treatment, attention to detail, and the assistance that Joel Mapel provided in getting through the purchase of my new Jeep Grand Cherokee L. He not only answered all of my detail, and the assistance that Joel Mapel provided in getting through the purchase of my new Jeep Grand Cherokee L. He not only answered all of my questions but took the lead on explaining the workings of the systems on the vehicle. I really appreciated that!!
