Chad was great. However, everything else has been very disappointing. Jennifer, who upsold us the underbody work, said that the work would be done Thursday morning. That time was confirmed by a service disappointing. Jennifer, who upsold us the underbody work, said that the work would be done Thursday morning. That time was confirmed by a service manager when I dropped off my car. The car was NOT ready on Thursday morning, which altered my plans for the day. When I asked Jennifer about it, her response was she had never said that. "I'm sorry you misunderstood me" was the actual response. That isn't an apology; that's a way to tell me I'm too xxxx stupid to know the difference between the word "morning" and "afternoon". Their undercoating guys did not communicate with me well either, and they left trash in the back of my car. I worked with Lisa to resolve the problem, and I feel the dealership deserves another chance. More
