This was my first time at Ryan Auto Mall in Buffalo. I really did love this dealership. All the people were great especially my sales person, MELISA ROKALA, and my finance person, SHAUN OLSON. Funny I called to give you the chance to make things right as you left 2 numbers but yet the service manager had no idea why I was calling I explained that I was asked to call because of the negative right as you left 2 numbers but yet the service manager had no idea why I was calling I explained that I was asked to call because of the negative review I gave regarding the service dept he then said oh well the service advisor was Jamie let me get him I told him again that I was calling in ref to the bad review and he stated he knew nothing about it. I wish I had done my research a little more before going to this dealership I would be happy to discuss my terrible experience with anybody that wishes to know As for the Ryan dealership instead of having upset customers call you that you don’t have the slightest clue about maybe do your research and call that customer but then again the way you do it people just don’t take the time to call If you look they have the same auto response to all complaints Sorry please reach out to us If I could give a neg rating I would But don’t worry I found cornerstone to have a much better service dept More
