Tim jumped in a got appraisals done immediately in order to get the process moving. Scott told us to go home and he would take care of the rest. Within a couple of hours Scott calls giving us the good news that we are going to be the proud owners of a 2019 Traverse Premium Redline Edition. Jeff went through all the paperwork quickly and efficiently. The whole process was completed with Scott giving us a complete breakdown of all the new features and how they work.
