I received a reply from Doug at 6;11 AM which was a big surprise. I answered and the rest is history. I told Doug my son needed a car and he said to bring him around because he was sure he could find him a good deal for him. I received a good deal on the HHR and my son received an outstanding deal on an Impala set up by the sales manager who's name I"VE forgotten, My bad, and Doug. He stopped by when I was dealing with Doug, fine man. I've dealt with dealt with Ryan Chev for a long time, 30 or 40 yrs and I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience with any one. Sales, office parts, service, repair, there all good. but getting back to Doug, he's, Kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and the best auto salesperson I have ever dealt with!!!
