1 month of ownership, 3 repairs, 2 hard credit inquiries Bought a 2016 Chrysler 200 w/24k miles in August. Had a transmission update which wasn't a big issue, but shortly after thermostat went out and overhe Bought a 2016 Chrysler 200 w/24k miles in August. Had a transmission update which wasn't a big issue, but shortly after thermostat went out and overheated the engine. 2 days after it was replaced the vehicle died on the side of the road and they found it was another faulty thermostat they put in. The tech walked over to the Used Sales manager and I and said, "Even after this is repaired, I wouldn't trust this vehicle.". After they tried getting me into an equal value car in exchange. They devalued my current vehicle to trade for it so, "They could still make profit". I tried for it with all hope lost on the chrysler. They came back demanding another $2k down to finance and tried to push me into a new vehicle that's more expensive instead. Walked away. Still have the Unsafe Chrysler 200. Buyer beware. More

2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee purchase A specific vehicle that was available brought us to this dealership. Overall the experience was good, but the salesperson seemed a bit surprised that A specific vehicle that was available brought us to this dealership. Overall the experience was good, but the salesperson seemed a bit surprised that two women were willing to do some negotiating on purchase price and trade-in value. We had done our homework and were certainly willing to walk away if need be. The additional upgrades explained well and were done in a timely manner. Our salesperson took plenty of time with us on the day of vehicle pickup explaining the various features. From time to time he did a bit of "over explaining" which was not appreciated. Overall the various staff of the dealership were professional and friendly to work with (Finance and Accessories managers -- but just not able to give a 5 star review for the reasons listed above (plus the fact that the salesperson asked us multiple times to give him a top review, that was unprofessional in our opinion). As noted we would recommend this dealership to others. More
