Great experience all around. I found a '15 Malibu LTZ w/ the Premium package at Ryan Chev so I made an appt with Doug to come see it. The premium package is hard to all around. I found a '15 Malibu LTZ w/ the Premium package at Ryan Chev so I made an appt with Doug to come see it. The premium package is hard to find in the 1LZ trim level. Doug greeted me at the door when I first arrived and was very inviting and easy to talk to. We took it for a quick test drive and then immediately got down to business. I traded in my Caravan as well, they gave me a fair price that I was happy about. Interestingly, I purchased the Caravan from them 2.5 years ago and it has treated me well. Working with Jeff in finance was also great. He was straight to the point and made everything clear as day. We had to work together to get the deal done but at the end of the day I believe Jeff went above and beyond to take care of me. I really appreciate the kind of people you have working at Ryan Chev and will recommend my friends and family to you for their next cars. Thanks again! More
