When going in to test drive I expected the usual high pressure sales situation, that you normally see with other dealerships, but to my surprise it wasn't like that at all. Being from out of state meant dealing over the phone and through email and text which was a bit nerve racking, however Jake made us feel comfortable with the purchase and answered all of our questions without being intrusive or pushy.
