I was in the market for a new truck and stopped in Ryan to check them out. I have bought several vehicles from Ryan in the past. When I stopped in Friday John Fuller was the first person to greet me. We spoke for a moment and I told him I saw a truck on your website that I liked a lot. I also told John I had a payment I wanted to stay close to. He told me he would pull it in out of the rain for me to look at. When he came back with the truck he took a lot of time to explain all the new features the truck had to offer. When I received the estimated payment amount it was well above my payment amount. So I thanked him for all his time he spent on me and left. This is were it gets good! The next day John called me up and said there may be a way for me to get into the truck I wanted. I told him my wife and I would see him around noon. When we got to the dealership John greeted us with an open hand. John pulled up the truck and took the time to explain all the features to my wife. I have always had good luck with Ryan witch is why i'm a customer today. I will deal with John as long as he is with Ryan, he went the extra mile for me and I appreciate it. More

He helped make the purchase easy and fun as we proceeded thru the paper work. Mitch Anderson was our finance person who explained all the finance options that were available to us and was able to offer a lesser interest rate that was offered to us by our credit union.
