David, thank you for sharing your experience. We share your frustration that we are unable to fix the cosmetic damage. Photos of the damage have been sent to General Motors and unfortunately, water intrusion at rock chips isn’t covered by warranty. We strive to provide exceptional service for every customer, and we truly apologize your experience has fallen short. This is not a water intrusion from rock chips again the dealership does not care about the customer. This is a paint adhesion problem, I was told that the first time I brought it to the dealership to get fixed. Nice try still have nothing good to say about your dealership.
