Great Service I could not get my truck in the dealership in Katy so I took my truck to Sealy (20 miles) and it was a great experience. This was on December 31. Great car buying experience If you are doubting all these postive reviews, do not wast your time, they are real. Why? I was in the same situation about a month ago when searching for Ford dealership to buy a new edge. I actually went to Helfman Ford thats only 5 miles away from my house and the experience was not good. The sales person was good at presenting the car but the sales manager keep playing the pressure card and refused to work with me at all. Then I saw Ryan Ford on DR with many positive reviews so I thought I would give a try so I drove at least 40 miles away from home and I was not dissapointed, Ty worked with me on my purchase in a friendly and professioanl manner. everything was up front. Not a single trick was played and did not pressured me at all through out the process. It was by far the best car buying experience i had. I will add more review on the service when I bring my car in for maintenance. More
