We returned in 2015 and purchased another vehicle from TY who was AMAZING! We had that vehicle serviced by Mr.Koch who was absolutely wonderful and very thorough is the explanation!! We have since traded in that vehicle for a new Dodge 1500 with Derrick who also was just AMAZING!!! Prices are great and customer serivce is always A 10!!! We have looked at other dealerships in the area as far as katy and over to rosenburg, not one of those places came close to what Ryan had to offer!!! At Ryan we were out of an old vehicle and in with a new in just a few hours - no hassle what so ever!!! Ryan Ford / Dodge has been so wonderful to us in every aspect!! Painless and Quick! We called Sabrena told her we needed a new work Truck she called us back within a couple of hours with the perfect truck and in our price range. Extemely Responsive I had a water pump failure on my 2011 F-150.First I went to the dealer in Katy which was closer to where I live. They told me it would take them 3 wee I had a water pump failure on my 2011 F-150.First I went to the dealer in Katy which was closer to where I live. They told me it would take them 3 weeks just to look at it, so that meant I would be without a vehicle for that time.They were not helpful at all. I then decided to call Ryan Ford and see what they can do. I spoke with Mason Koch-service advisor, I explained the problem, he was very courteous and right away he made an appointment for the following day. I took my truck in as scheduled and I was given a loaner truck(2015 F-150). I was amazed and impressed with the way I was treated. I really felt special. They examined the truck and the following day they confirmed that it was the water pump.Within 2 days my truck was fixed and ready to be Picked up. I highly recommend Ryan Ford for service. More
