Best vehicle buying experience ever. I honestly hate buying new vehicles. However, it's a must. I have bought about 10 vehicles in the past 18 years and I can honestly say this is by I honestly hate buying new vehicles. However, it's a must. I have bought about 10 vehicles in the past 18 years and I can honestly say this is by far the best experience I have ever had. I'm super picky about everything too so, for me to say that means a lot. It started with a phone call from Westley McKeehan. I had just left the gym when I received a call from him and he mentioned the interest I placed online so I said wtheck let me give him a hard time and see if he can handle me as a customer. Right off the bat I explained to him what I'm looking for and I asked a lot of questions that I already knew the answers for, but I wanted to see how he would respond so I could gauge his honesty and integrity. Westley actually exceeded my expectations. He mentioned to me things I thought I needed in my truck that I actually didn't need. I explained to him about some of the upgrades I planned on adding he explained (in detail) what kind of rear end I would need and why. He also explained the different engines and found what would suit me best and also save me gas and money in the long run. After our conversation I was really impressed and since I had the day off I thought I would go ahead and make the fairly long drive out to Sealy, Tx. When I arrived at the dealership Westley was very welcoming, humble, kind, and good spirited. He took me to see about 3-4 different trucks and explained to me the differences and showed me the options on every one. Me being me wanted something fully loaded for the price of a base model. (I'm the worst customer ever) However, Westley took it in stride and explained what options I could get and broke down the numbers for me. I told Westley I had an appointment with several other dealerships and he simply said "no problem. Go ahead and visit other dealerships, but I'm pretty confident no one can beat my offer" So I left thinking this guy sounds pretty confident I can't wait to prove him wrong. The next day I went and visited a couple of other dealerships and sure enough Westley was right. No one could even come close to the numbers or provide me with better customer service so I went all the way back to Sealy, Tx again. After doing some intense searching and research Westley found me the perfect truck with almost every single option I wanted that came super close to my price range. After we saw the truck (which happened to have just come in) I fell in love. It was now time to visit the finance department. I told Westley exactly this "Every single time I was sent to finance I always had a horrible experience with every single finance guy. I have been lied to, they tried to push stuff down my throat I didn't need, and when I said "no" they became very rude. I told him I do not want that today and I will seriously walk out. I've been running around 2 days straight putting in a lot of work to get this done as well so I'm not really in the mood for it now. Westley assured me their finance department was different. (I didn't believe him) So, about 5-10 minutes later a young guy comes up and introduces himself as "Fred Brown" i said to myself "here we go, stay calm and don"t hurt anyone Jay" lol After we got into the office and introductions Fred Brown went into detail every single thing that me and Westley talked about and all the numbers and what they meant and how the totals came to be. Of course I already knew it, but for him to go into detail with all of it again was very impressive. NO ONE has ever taken that much time to explain the numbers the way he did. I started to feel more relaxed. Fred then started explaining the warranty and tire packages as well. His in depth explanations and honesty about the packages made me decide to go ahead and add those to the financing as well. I also went ahead and added the GAP insurance too. 30 minutes into the financing Fred had me and my fiance laughing our butts off! My fiance had tears coming down her face from laughing so hard and It made me feel so good to know I was being treated the way I should be when making such an expensive purchase. I was impressed by Westley a great deal, but having Fred do my financing sealed the deal for me and I promise you from now on I will probably buy every single one of my vehicles from this dealership. I'm not sure where these guys were taught to respect and be kind to people, but I want to thank them and thank everyone at this dealership for making this experience a such a pleasurable one. More

Finance was also great, he knows his job and very informative. They want your business no matter what you buy and they go the extra mile to prove it. Ended Up with Two New Cars MY husband was looking for a new Lariat F-150, he had found one at another dealership already but since we are USAA members we wanted to use the car b MY husband was looking for a new Lariat F-150, he had found one at another dealership already but since we are USAA members we wanted to use the car buying service and that is how we found Ryan. The salesperson that originally contacted us promised us it would be worth it if we waited, at the time the Internet was not working so he could not send us info on their trucks. He did find one and we drove out to see it and my husband loved it so we said we would take it. Two days later when the truck was supposed to be ready it was not and had the wrong bed cover on it, no window tint, or whell locks, which got taken care of at no cost to us, but we did have to take it to the after market location ourselved. We did have quite a few issues when we went to close as well -we never saw any paper work (Which was odd to me), never agreed on a final price, who we were financing with (we were using USAA but the price was quoted using FMC, which we did not know). Fred, who was our finance person made sure he was going to make everything right since our sales person had dropped the ball so badly - he got us a great rate and really went above to make sure everything was done on out truck that was promised. While we were waiting for his boss to talk to FMC about a lower rate I asked him if he could help me with my lease situation, and he did for sure. I was emailing with him that night about my car and what I might want, he told me about the new Platinum Explorer ( I had an Audi which I hated!). He connected Westly with us and he was amazing - really weny above and beyond showing my husband and I each level of Explorer anda what made each different, and listened to what I wanted in a vehicle to match us with the 2 best options - the Sport and Platinum. I got to take the Sport home for the night to make sure I really did like it and it did everything I wanted, which my Audi did not and that is why we were in the spot we were. The next day we decided the Platinum was the best option for us, Westly never tried to up sell us we just thought the extra feaures were worth it. He took a lot of time with us and we appreciated it - we got the car we wanted at a great rate and did not have to haggle over price, they offer the best and lowest right off the bat. Fred and Westly really went out of their way to make sure after everything that happened that we left happy - we will get all our Fords from them from now on More
