Warranty Service I have a 2014 2500 Ram Longhorn that I purchased at Allen Samuels. I had a DEF sensor problem and when I called A.S. they said bring it in and we'll t I have a 2014 2500 Ram Longhorn that I purchased at Allen Samuels. I had a DEF sensor problem and when I called A.S. they said bring it in and we'll take care of it but when I arrived they checked the codes and told me it would be 2 weeks before they could get it in do to there diesel mechanic was behind. Oh by the way I had to drive 50 miles to get to A.S. I called Ryan for warranty work and talked to Paul McDade. This was a Friday and he said he couldn't get it in till probably Tuesday so I made the appointment. Later that day he called me and said he could take me in Friday afternoon so I dropped it off and was told it may take 4 or 5 days to get the part which is a lot better than 2 weeks. To my surprise Paul called me Tuesday and said the truck was ready. When I picked up the truck Paul said they also found several recalls on the truck and fixed those also. I will not do business with anyone else in the future. Paul was very professional and friendly. Thank you Paul. More

My Best Vehicle Buying Experience I am a return truck buyer. Almost a year ago to the day, I purchased an F250 from Ryan Ford. Over the past year I felt that I had made a bad mistake i I am a return truck buyer. Almost a year ago to the day, I purchased an F250 from Ryan Ford. Over the past year I felt that I had made a bad mistake in not getting an F350. My original experience with Steve Fox was great and I felt I got a great King Ranch F250 at a great price. However, I was worried I was going to be set back badly by trading in a one year old truck. I decided nothing could be hurt in trying. To my great pleasure, I communicated back and forth with Steve by email for several days, finding out information on my trade in as well as what was available in a new King Ranch F350. Steve stayed in contact with me, but never pressured me, and we arrived at a mutual agreement which I thought was very fair. In the end, all I care about is to be treated in a fair and courteous manner, and Steve Fox fit that requirement with my full satisfaction. More
