Previous Messages Ryan Ford said on 09/04/2014 05:36 PM (Private Message) Like I said before if you look at our review history this is not a typical reaction, we work very hard to make sure everyone that comes in contact with our dealership is given the best experience possible. There are New Ford models that have additional incentives from Ford Motor Credit if you finance with them. We do advertise those incentives, but we fully disclose and explain those rebates up front and during the sales process. In regards to the finance rate we do not have control over what you qualify for with certain lenders, it is not uncommon to qualify for different rates with different lenders, you have to decide what works best for you and your situation. Most of the time it makes more sense to take the dollar savings upfront over a low APR. Like I said we take customer satisfaction very seriously.
