I bought a used Tundra with a big roof leak I bought a Truck which happened to have a roof leak; I tried to contact the sales guy on the third week after the purchase (when I found out about the I bought a Truck which happened to have a roof leak; I tried to contact the sales guy on the third week after the purchase (when I found out about the leak due to a big rain) and it took him a couple of days to respond; then he stated that I had to pay for repairs because it was already more than 29 days of the purchase. I took the truck to have it checked and their maintenance staff could not fix or find the leak; yet they wanted me to buy a gasket for a couple of hundreds to install it on the stop light to "see if that could fix the problem". I had to take time off work and drive from Houston to Sealy just to hear that lame response… this was by far my worse experience buying a vehicle, I do not know about other people’s experiences but I do know about mine and it wasn’t pleasant so If I am asked if I would recommend this dealership my response is a BIG NO-NO!! More

I spoke with Nick for a while and took the New Expedition for a drive. Nick took his time explaining all details of the vehicle to me. He let me know that when we were ready if they didn’t have the model we wanted that they could locate one or help us build one. Last week when were ready to lease an Expedition all it took was one phone call to Nick and he was able to locate the color and model we wanted. Nick is extremely professional but a down to earth guy. He makes you feel like he’s known you for years. Nick made our car buying experience a pleasant one.
