Kyle--Chancy nor myself have not had any dealings with elderly person in at least a year. We have also not had any issues that haven’t been handled with any of our customers in months. I have also asked over half of my staff at both dealerships and no one has had issues with a customer. I am very concerned about this review and I can promise if you call me personally I will fix your situation immediately. You must call me! Please call Ryan Kirkpatrick at 979-885-7700. Kyle--This must be a hoax which is pretty sad. I have spent several hours researching this and no one knows of any situation with an elderly person in any department. Plus, Kyle has never called me to discuss. This is the problem with review sites. You can tag whoever and write whatever you want even if it isn’t true.
