Ryan Ford "President's Circle" is the real deal! The folks at Ryan Ford in Sealy treated me like a valued customer from the very first contact I had with them. Belinda my sales person, Marcus the Sal The folks at Ryan Ford in Sealy treated me like a valued customer from the very first contact I had with them. Belinda my sales person, Marcus the Sales Manager and Phil the Finance Manager were talented, experienced and eager to serve. When I arrived at the dealership the pre-owned F-250 that I was coming to see was cleaned, prepped and waiting by the front door when I arrived. Belinda met me at the door with a great smile and sincere "hello," a good start that only improved from there. Belinda's approach to me was respectful and candid. She answered my questions frankly and it became obvious very soon that she would be my advocate with her manager. Marcus, the Sales Manager, was sitting right at the front door instead of being that cliche "manager" who seems to always be unavailable in some mysterious back room. I was immediately impressed since at my age (60) I really don't appreciate stupid sales tricks. I've seen them all and it was nice to meet folks that took such a non-pratonizing and respectful approach. Phil the Finance Manager was equally low key and approachable. My background is in finance and I was prepared for the standard "blue suede shoe shuffle" while passing off over-priced unnecessary crapola on me. Once again, he was low key, conversational, friendly and had that "how can I help" attitude. I had my financing lined up and he asked if he could compete on the interest rate. I consented and watched as he found not one and not two but three lenders that beat my own credit union's aggressively low rate. I would recommend anyone considering buy-in new or pre-owned to make the trip to Sealy, Texas. It will be worth your time. I'm sure you will agree that the dealership's repeated "Ford President's Circle" designation is no fluke. More

Michael is a very down to earth and honest individual who unlike other salesmen I have faced before, does not exert pressure with sales tactics and other gimmicks to get you into buying a car. Michael was very patient and took the time needed to walk me through the vehicle's specs and the buying process. Overall, a very pleasant experience that I highly recommend to anyone who is in the market for a new Ford vehicle. More
