The Works - Oil Change, Rotate Tires, Multi-point inspection I made an appointment for 9:00 AM and Mason was ready when I arrived. So far so good. Excited to take delivery of my truck soon. I had the pleasure to work with Michael Williams after he responded to one of my Truecar.com postings. At the time, I was being bombarded with emails I had the pleasure to work with Michael Williams after he responded to one of my Truecar.com postings. At the time, I was being bombarded with emails and phone calls from multiple dealerships. Michael's email stood out because he was upfront with pricing and even sent me a window sticker. Not once did he pressure me to come in to discuss with him, and responded to about 12-15 emails that I had sent. He was the only sales person that explained to me how FORD's incentive plan works. I decided to come in and discuss with him and he was able to find me the Truck I was looking for. He worked with me on pricing, and the Truck is currently in transit. I'm looking forward to taking delivery of the truck when it comes in, and will update this review after taking delivery. Thanks Michael! More
