It was my first time at Ryan and the salesman I talked to was Curtis Markland. This was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had buying a car/truck. Curtis showed me exactly what I had asked for and explained every question I had expertly. I only took a few minutes to present their best offer and I accepted without any additional "discussion". The Finance man, Fred Brown, had all the paperwork done in just a few minutes and by the time I signed all the documents, my new truck had been washed and ready for me to climb in. One time I made an appt closer to home and the abruptness and attitude of 'trying to get me out of the way becuase they were in a hurry' did not go well with me. So I decided to cancel and go back to RYAN FORD!!! Because they don't treat you like a number and their Technicians are better also. They do what it takes to fix things but most of all they really do care and want everything to be ok. That goes from the Service Manager-Brad, to the Service Advisor-Mason, who can't do enough to make sure you and your car are taken care of. So, will I keep driving that 1.5 hour trip to get my car serviced at Ryan Ford? YES!! Cause it's WORTH IT!!! More

There are several Ford dealerships close to my residence but have had bad experiences, such as the individuals not being honest, here in Katy. As for Mason and his dad they have treated me like family, and very professional individuals. Even the individual who gave me a ride home (Carlos) very respectful and friendly person. i wish there were more individuals in this world like the Koch family. I will continue to service and possibly purchase more Ford vehicles from Ryan Ford. More
