Reynaldo--I am sorry you feel this way. I reviewed the paperwork that you signed, and the price you agreed on and signed off on with Colton matches the price on the final contract. I would like an opportunity to go over the contract with you in person and make sure you have a clear understanding of the figures. We do offer a three-day money back guarantee; and we hold all of the paperwork for three days to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, but at the end of the three days we electronically submit the paperwork. You came in on the fifth day wanting to return the vehicle at that point the paperwork was already processed and too late to reverse. We feel that three days is a reasonable time period to make sure that you are happy with the vehicle and more than most dealers offer, had it been within that period we would have refunded your purchase no questions asked.
