My service was great. I dealt with Tyler mostly and Brad a bit. They were both pleasurable. I was at Valero on 36 today and saw "Big T" - car wash with a Ryan Ford cap on. Then I dropped something off a bit. They were both pleasurable. I was at Valero on 36 today and saw "Big T" - car wash with a Ryan Ford cap on. Then I dropped something off at the resale shop by the rail road tracks. The owner saw me Wednesday in the loaner truck. Today he saw my truck and brought up Ryan Ford. Satisfied with the experience, however I took my F150 in for an oil change, state inspection, rotate tires and have passenger front tire looked at because it was low. Turns out that tire had a nail and the for an oil change, state inspection, rotate tires and have passenger front tire looked at because it was low. Turns out that tire had a nail and the explanation was "it's to close to the side wall to patch" thus need a new tire. Needless to say I wasn't to pleased to find this out. However, I bit the bullet and bought not 1 but 2 new tires! In conclusion, what should've been a relatively in-expensive service trip cost me a little over $600. More

Ryan Ford has a business plan that does not include the usual high pressure methods you normally experience. I have had several dealings with this dealer and have and will continue to use and recommend th usual high pressure methods you normally experience.
