Incompetence, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE I had scheduled an online appointment for 8:00am because my car is falling apart. I showed up o n time. Second, it took over an hour to get my car into the back. I waited for over six hours. I saw at least six or seven people come in way after me, and leave before me. Keep on mind, I had a confirmed appointment. I finally asked what was going on, and I was told that they woman who took my information was "with a customer" and would get back to me. Over another half hour passes, and I was never called. I called back and talked to a manager who directed me back to the woman who took my info. She said they were just now "diagnosing" it. And I said to her, it's been over six hours and you're just getting to it now. I demanded my car back. And I had to wait another twenty plus minutes for that. No apology or explanation from the service manager nothing. Rudeness, and incompetence. No customer service or retention skills whatsoever. I will NEVER go back to Rye Ford. And I recommend no one else uses their service department either. There is no point in scheduling an appointment if they don't write you down, or if they take and help others who come in after you. More

I have been wanting the Ford Focus ST for a while now. I finally decided to go for it, and I shopped around at several local dealers, as well as some out of state. I ended up purchasing the car from them, it was very easy and VERY transparent. Everyone I dealt with was very forward and answered honestly any question I asked them. They found the exact car that I wanted and acquired it from a different dealership, and I am now in love with my new car. I would 100% recommend this dealership. Went there to purchase replacement vehicle for car destroyed by hurricane sandy. It's been an extremely difficult month trying to recover from the damage of the hurricane.
