I tried other Subaru dealerships in the area, but wasn't given the time of day. From the minute I contacted Rye Subaru the experience were great. David and Casey were extremely helpful and personable, and given the time of day. From the minute I contacted Rye Subaru the experience were great. I spoke to David Nausch by phone and told him what I was looking for. Within a couple of hours he called me back and had the car I wanted at the price I wanted. His attitude was so professional and no nonse looking for. Within a couple of hours he called me back and had the car I wanted at the price I wanted. His attitude was so professional and no nonsense. I got the runaround from other dealers, particularly some Honda dealers who I have dealt with in the past. They quoted me prices that were crazy! In the 18 months since I got the car, I had one issue with it and it was taken care of immediately. I’ll be looking for another car at the end of this summer. I will contact only one person, David. I don’t have time for BS, and apparently he doesn’t either. One last thing, he is also very knowledgeable about the vehicles. More

Very poor customer service when trying to purchase warranty plan. Only selected people can provide pricing. Took over a month to return repeated voicemails. Not reachable via email.
