I still can not get an answer that makes sense on why the perfectly tuned radio in my vehicle is now in and out and static ridden. My car had to go in 4 times for the same issue The service rep was very good. Still not sure if the issue has been fixed. Was told to use the car for a while and report back. I was told when I made the appointment to come in at 8am to fix my electronics and that I would be out by 9. When I arrived at 8am, the rep told me that it was impossible for the car to be ready by 9am. I to fix my electronics and that I would be out by 9. The last time I had a service, I was told there were no computers to fix my electronics. My car is 2 years old and has never worked right. Likely I'll look elsewhere when my lease is up. More
I was very pleased with the customer service that I received, and appreciated the recommended service repairs, however I was disappointed that this dealership does not allow customers to wait for their received, and appreciated the recommended service repairs, however I was disappointed that this dealership does not allow customers to wait for their vehicles, also the multi-point inspection was not very accurate. I had a blown fog light, and no mention was made about that, or recommendations to replace it. More
