2 hours for an oil change is ridiculous. The tire pressures were not adjusted properly and the wiper fluid was not topped off . Always happy to help and try to get you in. Doesn’t usually take long to get the car looked at. If they need it more than a day, they usually have a loaner for me to drive so I’m not stranded. Took my car in for oil change and tire rotation. Was told I need both front and rear breaks replaced. Got a second opinion and was told there was no need for new break pads. Car was also leaking oil after oi I need both front and rear breaks replaced. Got a second opinion and was told there was no need for new break pads. Car was also leaking oil after oil change because the gasket was not put on correctly. This is not the first time I have questioned the services I have received. Due to this last trip, I will not be using S&K for routine services any longer. More

Got my vehicle fixed and back on the road in a timely matter Overall the service was top notch. Both the service writer Randy and the technician I met were very nice. A second diagnostic check was need matter Overall the service was top notch. Both the service writer Randy and the technician I met were very nice. A second diagnostic check was needed to pinpoint the issue but they gave me a loaner vehicle and I was able to stay on the road while they had mine. I would recommend these guys to a friend. More
