The service department greeter was friendly & helpful-pulled up my appt immediately. The wait was no more than 45 minutes, office staff friendly & helpful also. Last several times I have had my vehicle serviced the car wash has been broken. It was broken again this time. Coupons for free car wash don't work for me I work on the other side of town and are never in wash has been broken. It was broken again this time. 2 hours for an oil change is ridiculous. The tire pressures were not adjusted properly and the wiper fluid was not topped off . Got my vehicle fixed and back on the road in a timely matter Overall the service was top notch. Both the service writer Randy and the technician I met were very nice. A second diagnostic check was need matter Overall the service was top notch. Both the service writer Randy and the technician I met were very nice. A second diagnostic check was needed to pinpoint the issue but they gave me a loaner vehicle and I was able to stay on the road while they had mine. I would recommend these guys to a friend. More

Took my car in for oil change and tire rotation. Was told I need both front and rear breaks replaced. Got a second opinion and was told there was no need for new break pads. Car was also leaking oil after oi I need both front and rear breaks replaced. Got a second opinion and was told there was no need for new break pads. Car was also leaking oil after oil change because the gasket was not put on correctly. This is not the first time I have questioned the services I have received. Due to this last trip, I will not be using S&K for routine services any longer. More

The service people are very professional, courteous and accommodating. The waiting area is nice. I enjoy the value-added service of a car wash each visit. The prices are just too high, in my opinion. $37 to patch a tire is too much when I could have gotten it done for $10 elsewhere. In fact, the last place I purchased tires from patched them for free since I had dropped $1000 on a full set. So I was surprised at the $37 cost at S&K since I bought my current tires there. It’s on me — I should have asked the cost when I made the appointment rather than assuming pricing would be comparable to other establishments. More
