My experience with Sacramento Chrysler Dodge and Jeep, was excellent the salesperson (Richard) was great he and management had me out with a beautiful chrysler 300 in a little under 2 hours. This was the quickest sales service I have had in a car dealership. They all were great very friendly and did not try to put pressure on the customer to purchase any vehicle but wanted you to get the vehicle you wanted. The service person (Andy), was very helpful with showing me how the accessories worked in the car and made it a point that if I needed any assistance no matter how long after the purchase they are there for me. I'm sure I will received the same service from the service department. I put in an order for parking assistance sensor to be installed this week upon arrival. More

Totally tag teamed me. Took my keys. Only had two trucks to choose from and they couldnt find keys to the second one. I was there for over 7 hours while they tried to work out a deal. At one point when I go to choose from and they couldnt find keys to the second one. I was there for over 7 hours while they tried to work out a deal. At one point when I got up to leave the manager came running out and introduced himself, but by this time I was done. Very frustrating experience. In my opinion drive a little further to Elk Grove it's like night and day. More
