The staff has been courteous and has mentioned additional part replacements and services that I wasn't aware that I also needed. I had to schedule another appointment for those replacement parts. The parts came in earlier than expected and the service manager was kind enough to offer to change the appointment which I appreciated. They were also kind enough to give me a discount on the part replacements. I am grateful for all of the services that they've provided me over the years. More

The other issues were explained to me, to my satisfaction by my advisor, Mason. I did not feel pressured into taking care of any issues that could be addressed later.
