The manager took over 45 minutes to try and tell me my trade and then when I was ready to leave he asked if I even liked the car I test drove and I said not really but I'm open to others. His response was then why are we even talking. I then quickly left the dealership only to realize that he stole my registration out of my glove box! More

Our sales person, Ron Pattison had extensive knowledge of all Mazda vehicles and other brands in the industry. He wanted to know exactly what we were looking for in a car so he could find the best option for us. He was a delight to work with; we never felt pushed to purchase a vehicle. Ron clearly cares about long-term customer satisfaction and not just a quick sale. The whole experience at Brown’s Fairfax Mazda was easy and pleasant.
