Took my car in for a repair. They don’t do rental cars but they helped set one up with enterprise and paid for it. To be honest though they were very vague and we had to continuously call to extract info but they helped set one up with enterprise and paid for it. We have several enterprises around us and had to call the dealership back to figure out which one and no one answered. Giving them the benefit of the doubt here because they may have been busy or working with other customers. Also, when we picked up the car the customer service was just ok. They did assist us but it seemed like we were bothering them. Other then that they were great. Hooked us up with a rental and fixed our car in a decent time frame. The people I dealt with fixing the car were very pleasant. One other thing is they try to upsell you for stuff they consider urgent like filters. I’m not paying $100 a pop for filters. I’ll do that myself. But this is the way most dealerships our and how they make their money. Feel bad for people that don’t know better and end up paying that though. I replaced both filters myself for $30 and it took 10 minutes. Saved $170. More
They are so backlogged it took several days to even diagnose the issue. I received a work authorization complete with prices to sign which I did. When I went to pick up my car the price was higher and diagnose the issue. I received a work authorization complete with prices to sign which I did. When I went to pick up my car the price was higher and I was told there was a glitch in the system, there was no manger on-site to make the price adjustment, and if I wanted my car I had to pay the higher price. While my car was in there for SEVEN full days I exchanged 13 emails with one of the sales people about doing a trade in appraisal. She forgot and never did it!! It’s unfortunate because we’ve been customers for over 15 years and purchased 4 of our last 6 vehicles at this location. More
The Service customer service is lousy. I vowed appointments ( Saturday and Tuesday)online but could not schedule one until Wednesday. The service tech Sara was very professional, the most polite I have dealt with. IAM sure Sara is an asset to the service team and the company. In the current environment of today IAM sure it is difficult polite I have dealt with. IAM sure Sara is an asset to the service team and the company. In the current environment of today IAM sure it is difficult to find motivated people. I am retired, during my working career the company would sometimes give a little something to the employees it was greatly appreciated. You may want to consider doing the same for your outstanding employees if you do not already do so. Jackie the lady who checked me out was also very very polite. More
