Worked on my car never did a test drive we got the car back and almost got in an accident. They were apologetic but admitted they screwed up they said I needed a break job for a noise in the rear when it was the bearings they caught it but only after they went back multiple times to look the ,alignment was off Do to wrong selling to put in the machine

This place is a joke . They have had my vehicle for an entire month .. I’ve made a payment . And the dealer has offered me no support as far as a loaner car (which I have asked for cause my Warranty covers it) they are the worst DO NOT USE SALEM FORD THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS

First thing I want to say is it is nice to finally have professionals working in this department again. I stop using SALEM Ford for service about 2 years ago after using them for over 25 years going back to Newman Ford days. I booked an appointment last week and was taken in the following day. My vehicle received it’s service and was notified immediately upon completion. It was nice when picking up my vehicle to have the people on the counter look up at me with a smile and explain what was done. Very friendly and professional atmosphere that made me feel like a customer again. Can’t say how nice it was to be back at the old Salem Ford. Thank you very much.

Brought my Truck in for the 3 outstanding recalls and an oil filter change and tire rotation. All services done well and explained to complete satisfaction. Only thing I was let down about was not Saturday service due to covid-19. I'm shure when this is over it will resume. Thanks for a truly enjoyable service visit.
