I can understand your frustrations with the situation, but I think there may have been some miscommunication. You were never told that the thermostat replacement and flush would resolve the problem, there were other issues which is why you were quoted more originally for the repairs. We wanted you to feel comfortable with the cost and all work being done, which is why we discussed with you beforehand. Our staff of technicians are certified and have years of experience, so you can feel confident with putting your car in their care.
