Normally communication is proactive when our car is in for service. We received no updates / replies after several calls/texts. I bough a new 2025 Bronco and they gave me two free oil changes but would bot allow the second free oil change. They claim after the first year it is invalid. Most new oils last 7000 miles and most cars wo changes but would bot allow the second free oil change. They claim after the first year it is invalid. The first thing was they had what I was looking for and the local dealer didn’t. Upon arrival I was told that the model was close by and the staff was very helpful in explaining everything.
