Bad Experience While waiting for my car to be finished I found a new service advisor there. I used to see Frank all the time. This other woman was loud obnoxious and While waiting for my car to be finished I found a new service advisor there. I used to see Frank all the time. This other woman was loud obnoxious and didn't seem to care who was in the waiting room. She gave me the run around and had to wait hours for my car. I've been using Salerno Duane for years and know most of the service staff and they are great. Disappointed this time. More

Our sixth Ford lease through this dealership We've had great experiences with Ford products purchased through a predecessor dealership. When they lost their Ford franchise, Salerno-Duane became a Ford dealer in addition to their Chryslere-Jeep dealership. We started leasing about nine years ago. We now are on our third round of three-year leases. Last February we leased a 2017 Fusion Sport. The wife loves it. I just took advantage of the end-of-year specials and leased a new 2018 Escape. Our sales guy, Bud Dyer, is special. He 'retired' some years ago, but continues to service his long-time customers. I give Bud the functional and financial requirements I want met and Bud does all the heavy lifting. He finds the best deal and handles customer advocacy with management. Leasing (and probably buying) is a breeze. More

I found the Ford Escape I was interested in on their website, and was a I had a pleasant experience dealing with Melissa and Ron at Salerno in Summit. I found the Ford Escape I was interested in on their website, and was able to come by for a test drive that evening, and in fact purchased the car on the spot. They gave me a fair shake on my trade in and made the numbers work. They turned the car around quickly, and I was able to pick it up the following day. There was no back and forth, no bait and switch. I would recommend the dealership without hesitation. More

Could not have been less helpful So, I called the dealership as my brand new F150 limited has a serious electrical problem that restricts the front windows from lowering in addition t So, I called the dealership as my brand new F150 limited has a serious electrical problem that restricts the front windows from lowering in addition to making the A/C not work. In addition there is a recall out on my truck already which looks like it can make the vehicle move on its own... Well, when I informed the dealership that I had purchased Ford's national premium extended warranty which is supposed to also get me a rental while the truck is in the shop I was told that Salerno only honors such arrangements for those that purchased the vehicle from them, something that the national Ford representative that I spoke to this morning assured me they were not able to do. I would NEVER, EVER, buy anything from an organization that cannot get even the most basic of customer service behaviors down. The real irony is that I am within a few weeks of buying my wife a new vehicle and I cannot envision a reason that I would visit this dealership. More
