Bob was low pressured and professional, met our needs / goals for not seeking a lot of bells and whistles, and we got a very comfortable and easy to handle and comfortable automobile. He and the dealership didn't nickel-and-dime the discounts - they cut to the chase with what they could do below sticker (it helped that we did our homework), maximized our rebate potential, and we got there quickly - friends were surprised when I told them what we paid (lower than what they'd have thought when we drove down to Philly last week). I should mention that we have a comfort level with Salerno Duane and their service department that stretches over a decade - they're great, again low key and professional, none of that high - pressure garbage with salespersons screaming at you (we've gotten the "double team" at other dealerships. Overall, an EXCELLENT experience. More
