The moment I went into SD in Summit, the quality of service I received there blew everyone else right out of the water. Vito Monaco was very responsive and really listened to what I wanted. He did not try to sell me "the package" or haggle with prices. He was honest, YES I SAID HONEST, and really explained to me my options. I almost could not believe I was at a Car Dealership. As usual !!!! This is my second car with this dealership and the second experience working with Bob Cerza who seems more like a friend than a salesman. I mean like really, it is a pleasure just to sit there and talk with him about every day life. He is a professional and by far the best sales person I have ever had in my 14 or so previous experiences with purchasing, leasing, and browsing through car showrooms. The best part is that there is no need to haggle or play hardball. Bob is not looking to scam you or milk you for whatever money he can get for the dealership. In fact, he cares just as much about making sure you find the right fit for a car as he does ultimately achieving the sale for the dealership. I also should say that what is often a disastrous experience at highway dealerships is actually a spectacular experience at Salerno Ford when having Bob assist you. I will be back of course. At time of delivery he took the time to show me all the options that came with my new 2015 Explorer Limited. The price of the vehicle only came down to the internet price they offered after I questioned it and the trade in value of my trade in was rock bottom of value, which is expected at dealerships. Overall I had no complaints about Bob since he doesn't control the pricing. Getting the final paperwork done took a long time, longer than expected, cause nothing was ready at that time. More
