Great experience Our SUV was involved in a accident in Dec. In Jan the SUV was declared totaled. We went in to Salerno to window shop & I really liked the Ford Fusion. Salerno Duane is not the closest dealer for me, but after making visits to two other nearby dealers, it was clear that SD was going to be the best choice. Bob Cerza was a pleasure to deal with. I'm a pretty particular customer and over a 2 month period I stopped in to see Bob several times. He was very patient and very low key . . . no pressure whatsoever. He was very knowledgeable about all the details and features of the car and helped me decide on exactly how I wanted the car configured. When the time came to negotiate the deal, there wasn't any of the usual nonsense, and I thought the price I got from SD was very fair. I'd certainly recommend Bob and Salerno Duane to anyone considering a new car purchase. More
