Some of the dealerships are still run the old way - high stress and low information. In working with Bob Cerza, he was patient and persistent in showing and explaining the details of the car I got (Ford Explorer LTD). Without giving away all the details, he helped me find exactly what I was looking for and at a fair price too. The dealership itself clearly is well menaged as the other staff were very helpful at differnt stages of the process. To sum it up, From prior car buying experiences I expected a "slug fest". From this process, I dealt with a well-informed sales person that helped me settle in on the car I needed for my family.
